Facebook does not provide a public “download anyone’s video” button. FrameBox helps you paste a supported link, confirms the format, and — if this site is connected to Meta with the right token — asks Graph API for a source file you are allowed to access.
Copy the right kind of URL
- On a computer, open the video and copy the browser address. Useful patterns include facebook.com/…/videos/123 and facebook.com/watch?v=123.
- On a phone, tap the video menu, choose an option that copies a link, then prefer the expanded facebook.com address over a short fb.watch code when you can.
- Do not paste profile URLs, group wall links, or photo albums.
What happens after you press Download
The site sends the text of the URL to WordPress. The server checks the host and path only. It does not visit the Facebook page as you. If a numeric video id is present and an access token is configured, WordPress calls graph.facebook.com and shows whatever source Meta returns — nothing more.
